Dial 7 - Responsive Website
Based out of New York City, Dial 7 has been providing car and limousine service for over 30 years. Dial 7 is currently in the process of creating a new responsive version of their website with the goals of modernizing the brand and adding features to appeal to a younger audience.
As one of the lead designers on this project, my role was to help to create the site architecture, key user scenarios and create a functional prototypes in Axure for both the desktop and the mobile website.
In addition, I worked on the visual design for both the desktop and mobile sites.
Due to the complexity of this transactional website there was an emphasis on clearly documenting all functionality to ensure that nothing was overlooked in the final design. This led to the creation of a complex functional specifications document, comprehensive architecture and user flow diagrams and prototypes.
Given the complexity of this website we maximized the functionality in Axure to create a prototype that would allow for accurate user testing and give the client a clear notion of the rich modern user experience that the website would offer.
